[Hot Video Alert] McFly - Love Is Easy

McFly | Love Is Easy

I can't believe English pop/rock band McFly has been around long enough to release TWO greatest hits albums! Man! That's insane.  I still remember when the boys (Tom Fletcher, Danny Jones, Dougie Poynter and Harry Judd) released their first album, Room on the 3rd Floor, back in 2004.  That album spawned four top five hits on the UK Singles Chart, including two #1s ("5 Colours In Her Hair," & "Obviously").  To date, the boys have notched seventeen top 10 singles including seven #1s, and six top 20 albums - and they're all under 30.  The band's latest single, "Love Is Easy," comes from their upcoming greatest hits album, Memory Lane: The Best of McFly, due November 26th on Island Records.  Check out the video BELOW.

The last time we heard from McFly was back in 2010 when they released their fifth studio album, Above The Noise, featuring the hit singles "Party Girl" and "Shine A Light," featuring Taio Cruz.  Despite these two top 10 hits, Above The Noise became the lowest charting album of their career, peaking at #20 on the UK Albums Chart.  

Two years...that's a long time to be without new tunes from Tom, Danny, Dougie and Harry, which makes the Jason Mraz-y "Love Is Easy" such a sweet treat after after 2 years of radio silence.  The new compilation will also feature two additional new tracks, "Do Whatcha" and "Cherry Cola," as well as a bunch of unreleased demos that are to be included on a Deluxe Edition of the album.  Quite the score for McFly fans everywhere!

In an interview with Billboard, McFly talked about their upcoming sixth studio album (tentatively due next summer) as well as plans to come back to the States.  The boys played four sold out shows in Los Angeles and New York this Fall and are desperate to come back as soon as possible.  Here's hoping they do!  Check out the super sweet video for "Love Is Easy" BELOW and fall in love with McFly all over again...or for the first time.  These boys are just too cute for words!
